Fransen Engineering (Richmond, BC)
In collaboration with Fusion Projects and Fransen Engineering (TetraTech), Tembo Design worked on the design for this 58,000 square feet facility located in Richmond’s Airport Executive Park. After working up a functional space plan and construction budget, Fusion & Tembo Design began the full design-build. This included all aspects of the relocation, including construction, IT, telephones and furnishings. The project was a result of a team effort and the facility became a functional space for all of the engineering units and a showcase space for their team and clients.
